Ham salad with potato, carrot, endive and pickles (*)


Portions for 1 serving:

3oz of ham from a thick slice of ham

1 cooked medium-sized potato

2 cooked carrot

1/2 endive

2 pickles


1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp wine vinegar

1/8 tsp iodized salt

Cut the ham in small cubes, the potatoes and the endives in small pieces and the carrots in slices. Prepare the sauce in a small bowl and pour it over the salad.

This salad keeps several hours in an hermetic box.
