Portions for 1 serving:
1 slice of ham
2 slices of bacon
1 cooked potato
1 cooked carrot
1 avocado
1 tomato
1/2 endive
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp iodized salt
1/8 tsp four-spices
A good combination of cooked and raw vegetables!
On the preceding day, cut the potato in cubes and the carrot in slices and steam them for 25mn. Fry the bacon until it is crispy. On the day cut the other ingredients in small pieces. Prepare the sauce in a small bowl and pour it over the salad.
Even if the avocado "cooks" a little, this salad keeps several hours in an air-tight box.
