Ham and bacon salad with apple, carrot, avocado, iceberg lettuce, raisins and Swiss cheese (*)


Portions for 1 serving:

1 slice of ham

2 slices of bacon

1 apple

1 carrot in very thin slices (use your peeler)

1 avocado

a few leaves of iceberg lettuce

1/2 oz of raisins (Thomson seedless if available)

1/2 oz Swiss cheese


1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

1/8 tsp iodized salt

1/8 tsp four-spices

For ginger lovers, a surprising salad!

Cut the carrot in very thin slices using a vegetable peeler and cut the other ingredients in small pieces. Then add the raisins and the Swiss cheese.

Prepare the sauce in a small bowl and pour it over the salad.

The avocado can be replaced by sprouts of raw cauliflower to have a very crunchy salad!!!

This salad keeps several hours in an hermetic box.
