Ham salad with apple, carrot, endive, raisins, walnuts and Swiss cheese (*)


Portions for 1 serving:

1 slice of ham

1 apple

1 endive

1 carrot in very thin slices (use your peeler)

1/2 oz of raisins (Thomson seedless if available)

1/2 oz walnuts

1/2 oz Swiss cheese

A few slices of sushi ginger


1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

1/8 tsp iodized salt

1/8 tsp four-spices

For ginger lovers, a surprising salad!

Cut the carrot in very thin slices using a vegetable peeler and cut the apple and the endive in small pieces. Add the raisins, walnuts, Swiss cheese and sushi ginger slices to taste.

Prepare the sauce in a small bowl and pour it over the salad.

This salad keeps several hours in an hermetic box.
