Tuna salad with rice, tomato, avocado, corn and black olives


Portions for 1 serving:

1 small can of water-packed tuna fish

50g cooked whole rice

1 tomato

1/2 avocado

1/2 small can of corn kernels

10 black olives


Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Wine vinegar

Salt



Very classic variation of the French "Salade Niçoise". All is in the quality of the tuna fish you use. Cut the vegetables in dices and it's ready.
