Tuna salad with Batavia lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn and black olives


Portions for 4 servings:

6oz water-packed tuna fish

1/2 Batavia lettuce

2 tomatoes

5oz of corn kernels

20 black olives


3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp iodized salt



An easy salad. Portions are for a meal when nobody is really hungry.

Cut the vegetables in small pieces, add the dressing, it's ready!
