Feta salad with spinach, avocado, tomato, endive and black olives

3oz of feta cheese (70% sheep - 30% goat milk)

Fresh spinach leaves

1 avocado

1 tomato

1/2 endive


10 black olives


Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Wine vinegar

Salt
