Orangeade with eggs, oranges, lemons and sparkling water.


Portions pour 2 servings:

2 eggs

1 orange

1 lemon

1 cup sparkling water

1 tbsp sugar



Use fruits coming from the refrigerator or break a few ice cubes in the mixer container.

Cut the orage and the lemon in two, seed them well and put the pulp in the mixer container. Break the eggs in the container, add water and sugar then mix at high speed. Serve in a tall orangeade glass.

This gives a very foamy drink which is very refreshing on a hot summer day.

The sparkling water and sugar can be replaced by Seven-up or Ginger Ale.

It can also be served as an alcohol-free cocktail.
