Portions pour 2 servings:
2 nectarines
1/2 lbs cherries
1 tbsp brown sugar
Rinse and stones the cherries. Peel and cut the nectarines in small pieces directly in a small pan. Sprinkle with sugar, stir and cook on low heat taking care that it does not burn. Serve when the nectarines are soft.
Excellent for breakfast on cereals, brunch or dessert!!!
