Portions pour 1 serving:
1 banana
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Peel a banana and cut it in small slices. Place the cinnamon stick in a small pan on low heat, cover with the banana slices and sprinkle with the sugar. Cook over low heat and stir to keep from burning. Serve when the banana is tender.
The bananas can also be cooked in an oven dish. Adjust temperature and cooking time to taste. I like to use high temperature to melt the sugar. It takes about 5mn.
Excellent for breakfast or brunch!!!
