Portions for 1 serving:
2oz of cheddar
2 slices of bacon
1 cooked potato
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 tsp olive oil
A good combination to use cold steamed potatoes!
On the preceding day, cut the potato in cubes and steam for 25mn. On the serving day, fry the bacon until it is crispy and cut the other ingredients in small pieces. Arrange ingredients side by side on a plate, drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
